Project Context

The Challenge

DBFL wanted to modernise its Graduate Development Programme experience and present employee stories, programme information and career opportunities in a clearer and more engaging way for prospective graduates.

The Solution

I designed a video-led digital experience focused on authentic employee stories, clear navigation and strong visual hierarchy. I then collaborated with iPLANiT’s developer, who implemented the approved design within DBFL’s custom WordPress theme.
